Cancellation Policy

At Tula Rose we greatly value each of our clients. As a small business, it is very important that we are able to manage client appointments.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling. 

Cancellations and rescheduling made less than 24 hours from the appointment start time there will be a fee of 50% of the treatment cost. 

No Showswhere the client does not turn up or does not provide any notice to us will incur a fee of 100% of the treatment cost. 

We appreciate your understanding and your support of our small business helps us continue to do what we love. 

How to find us

We are located in the heart of Camberwell with great transport links. 

Nearest Train Station: Denmark Hill 

Nearest Tube Station: Elephant and Castle or Brixton. 

Both are around 20 minute walk or hop on a bus for around 10 minutes.

We are a 5 minute walk from Kings College Hospital. 

 

PARKING: Meter parking is available at the bottom of Valmar Road and Coldharbour Lane.

Pay & display parking is available at the nearby Morrisons car park.

Free parking on Valmar Road Mon-Fri after 6.30pm (in residents bay) and all day Saturday.
